Mediation is an accepted means to resolve conflicts outside the courtroom. Our goal in mediating disputes is to resolve the conflict in a manner that both parties are satisfied, and in agreement with the solution.
The process is much faster and far less costly than the court system.
Most importantly the end result is a joint agreement that both sides have come to, and not a ruling in favor of one side or another. In a sucessful Mediation process both sides end up winners.
